Automotive Repair Brand Hosts 12th Annual Initiative; Continues Its Commitment to Give Back to Queen Creek Residents

QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. – Christian Brothers Automotive, the leading aftermarket auto care brand, remains rooted in its mission to “Love your neighbor as yourself.” On October 15th, the Queen Creek shop will celebrate the company’s 12thannual National Service Day, a coordinated community giveback initiative to provide complimentary oil changes, free safety repairs and other services to individuals in need. 

“We are incredibly honored to be a part of celebrating National Service Day at our shop this year, and there’s no better way to do it than helping Queen Creek residents who may need a helping hand,” said Mark Dillehay, owner of Christian Brothers Automotive in Queen Creek. “This day is an opportunity for our team to come together and embody the mission that our business was built on—helping our fellow neighbors. The small act of a free oil change or vehicle inspection is the least our team can do to help alleviate stress for individuals who have a lot on their plate.”

Christian Brothers Automotive’s National Day of Service was originally created by a franchisee in Austin, Texas in 2005 as a way to give back to the community with an allocated day of service. In 2010, what first started as a day to give free oil changes to single mothers and community members in need was officially instituted as a company-wide service event. Now, over a decade later, National Service Day has become a cornerstone of the brand and is held annually on the second Saturday of October.
