Crismon High School Welcomes New Head Football Coach Scott Hare

The Queen Creek Unified School District is thrilled to announce the recommendation of Scott Hare as the new Head Football Coach for Crismon High School. Coach Hare brings over 20 years of leadership experience in education and athletics, with an impressive record of success in building championship-caliber programs and fostering positive cultures both on and off the field. 

Coach Hare’s career includes notable achievements, such as leading teams to multiple state championships and earning prestigious coaching accolades like *Coach of the Year* honors in both Washington and Arizona. Most recently, he served as Head Football Coach at Eastlake High School in Washington, where his team reached the state semi-finals and he was recognized twice as the Kingco Conference Coach of the Year. 

Prior to that, Coach Hare guided Mesquite High School in Gilbert to back-to-back 4A Football State Titles in 2019 and 2020, earning accolades as the Arizona Varsity 4A State Football Coach of the Year in 2019 and the Arizona Interscholastic Association’s 4A Coach of the Year in 2020. His leadership extended beyond the field, serving as an Assistant Principal and Athletic Director, where he mentored staff and student-athletes across 23 varsity sports. 

Coach Hare’s philosophy centers on transformational leadership, emphasizing trust, communication, and setting clear, attainable goals for individual and team success. His dedication to building a culture of excellence aligns perfectly with Crismon High School’s core values of character, humility and service.
