Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce to Host Bi-Annual Women in Business Conference

QUEEN CREEK, AZ – The Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce is hosting their bi-annual Women in Business conference presented by Academy Bank on Wednesday, November 5th. The event will feature a keynote speaker Jen Buck, breakout sessions, and vendor and networking opportunities for local businesses.

“Our Women in Business Conference is designed to enable women to lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose. With an inspiring keynote and engaging breakout sessions, attendees will gain practical tools to refine their mindset and strengthen their ability to lead with clarity and resilience. This event brings women together to learn, connect, and create meaningful impact within their organizations and throughout the community,” said Chris Clark, President & CEO of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce.

Becoming a Woman of Impact keynote by Jen Buck will offer empowering insights and strategies tailored to unique experiences and challenges to women in leadership. Attendees will embrace their authentic voices, leverage their strengths, and navigate barriers with confidence. Participants will gain actionable tools to cultivate resilience, advocate for themselves, and champion inclusivity in their spheres of influence.

The event will feature two breakout sessions sponsored by ReliaBookkeeping and Desert Financial Credit Union. Alison Smith will take attendees through a “Redefining Thriving: The Mindset Shift That Changes Everything” where participants will walk away ready to design their life from the inside out, redefine resilience, and use a simple tool to stay grounded when challenges arise. Tina Makris on “Unmute Yourself: Connection, Clarity & Confidence,” this breakout session invites women business owners and professionals to explore how building a business often requires rebuilding ourselves – confidence, voice and clarity. Tina blends storytelling, small-group discussion and practical tools to encourage participants to “unmute” their unique leadership voice and reconnect to their purpose.
