Meet State Treasurer Kimberly Yee at Tri-City Luncheon
An in-depth financial update, presented by the Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek Chambers of Commerce
Chandler, AZ – Want to learn how Arizona’s finances affect your business? The Chandler, Gilbert, & Queen Creek Chambers of Commerce present a fiscal update from State Treasurer Kimberly Yee, Arizona’s chief banking and investment officer, on Thursday, August 15.
Throughout the luncheon, Treasurer Yee will share relevant financial resources and explain the ins and outs of Arizona’s investment portfolio.
“As Arizona’s economy continues to experience significant growth, it is crucial that we remain responsible and financially sound. We are excited to partner with Gilbert and Queen Creek Chambers to provide the local business community with insights into Arizona’s financial future and economic stability,” said Terri Kimble, President & CEO of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.
The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix-Gilbert at 1800 S SanTan Village Pkwy Gilbert, AZ 85295 from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Thursday, August 15.
Tickets are $40 and include a buffet lunch. Registration is from 11:00am to 11:30am, followed by opening remarks and the opening of the buffet at 11:30am. The program begins at 12:10pm and concludes at 1:00pm.

Kimberly Yee is the State Treasurer of Arizona. She is Arizona’s chief banking and investment officer and oversees the cash management of Arizona’s $64.7 billion state budget and payments to agencies, local governments and schools. Upon taking office in January 2019, assets under management were at $15.4 billion. Today, assets under management have nearly doubled to $30.4 billion.

The Arizona Permanent Land Endowment Trust Fund has also hit historic record highs increasing by over $3 billion in value under Treasurer Yee’s administration as of March 31, 2024. Voluntary deposits into the Local Government Investment Pool have also increased by over 100% under Treasurer Yee, reaching a balance of $6.75 billion in total assets as of March 31, 2024. Informed by Yee’s successful leadership, luncheon attendees will receive an economic update for the State of Arizona.
