QUEEN CREEK, AZ – Sage and Barrel Craft Eatery celebrated their grand reopening on Thursday, March 28th. In attendance included Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, local business owners, Queen Creek Mayor Julia Wheatley, Vice Mayor Leah Martineau, and Queen Creek Council Member Bryan McClure, owner Jordan Blevins. Sage and Barrel Craft Eatery is located at 7215 S Power Rd in Queen Creek, on Power Rd and Rittenhouse Rd.
Sage and Barrel Craft Eatery is a contemporary interpretation of traditional recipes, using fresh and locally sourced products. “Our whole concept is casual fine dining where you are getting fresh, excellent homemade food very large portions but not at the crazy high prices you may find across the valley. Nothing here is frozen.” Said owner Jordan Blevins “We don’t want to be the special occasion place; we want to be the weekly place! You can find anything on the menu, there is something for everyone from burgers to steaks to seafood and pasta, you name it, we have it.” Said Blevins. They offer 40 plus local craft beers with 12 on tap, and over 30 brands of world-class bourbon, whiskey, and scotch.
“After 10 months of searching the East Valley and finally coming to this place and seeing the community, the area, and the potential growth. We knew this was the spot, it hit every parameter. It’s a great community! We are small and local; we want to support local businesses here in town and hopefully get that back. It has been a fantastic outpour from the community, some of these people it’s their 9th time and we’ve only been open for 7 weeks so it’s pretty impressive!” said owner Jordan Blevins
