The Town of Queen Creek has been great to work with.” Said Pat Luciano, project manager for IDM and Acero Queen Creek, “At IDM, not only are we developers and general contractors but we own the communities in which we build so that is something that is really special. We’re very proud of this one and hope it serves the community well for many years to come. We hope the residents and the Town of Queen Creek see that it’s a great part of the community and a nice place to call home. From IDM and the construction staff we thank everyone very much and we’ve really enjoyed building out this community.”

Residents at Acero Queen Creek will have access to their onsite management by IDM Companies, who plan monthly resident events which may include Wine Down Wednesdays, holiday celebrations, ice cream socials, and so much more!
