Chosen Warrior Cancer Support Foundation Ribbon Cutting
1st Annual CWCSF Community Health Walk March 18th
QUEEN CREEK, AZ – The Chosen Warrior Cancer Support Foundation celebrated their grand opening and kickoff to their 1st annual community health walk on Friday, March 3, 2023. In attendance included Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce staff, local business owners, Chosen Warrior Cancer Support Foundation Founder Michelle Tucker and family, and Town of Queen Creek Vice Mayor Jeff Brown.
Chosen Warrior Cancer Support Foundation is a non-profit based in Queen Creek, Arizona. Their mission is to make the maximum positive effort for their community by instilling compassion, courage and hope and by sharing experiences and knowledge to those of all ages facing a life-altering circumstance. An organization that supports people facing all types of cancers. The organization can help offset the cost and direct donations to families.
“It is truly an honor to be a Chosen Warrior Cancer Support survivor myself,” said Founder Michelle Tucker, “Being able to make a huge difference, empower and inspire others in the community here in Queen Creek and around the world and to be the light of hope.”
“I would like to invite everyone and their family to come join our first annual Chosen Warrior Community Health walk at Schnepf Farms on March 18th from 8am – 10am,” said Michelle. People can register online at https://www.cwcsf.org/, cost is $25 per person and includes a Chosen Warrior T-shirt but you must register by March 10th to pre-order your shirt. Kids 12 and under are free. “This event is a fundraiser for the non-profit so that we can reach out, support and encourage those affected by cancer.”
