New unique mobile accommodations business opens in Queen Creek

QUEEN CREEK, AZ – The Slumber Shack celebrated their grand opening on Friday, March 31, 2023. In attendance included Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce staff, local business owners, and Slumber Shack owners Vanessa and Tim Shively and their family and friends.

The Slumber Shack all started as a creative idea for kid’s sleepover parties. It has since evolved into a popular option for families wanting a quick glamping (glamorous camping) trip or on-site accommodation for out of town guests. They offer birthday party and camping packages as well as complimentary and additional charge décor options and custom packages.

The Slumber Shack is “serving Maricopa County but focusing on the east valley since Queen Creek is our home.” Said owner Vanessa Shively. The Slumber Shack has two modified trailers perfect for slumber and birthday parties, family camping, girls and guys trips and more! One shack sleeps up to 10 people and the second shack sleeps up to 7 people. The owners come out and set up everything for you.
